Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is required. Incomplete, late, automated, or fraudulent entries are not eligible.
A potential winner must provide the Instagram username used for the required follow, like, and comment. Sponsor will verify those steps before awarding the prize. If Sponsor cannot verify them, the entry is not eligible and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize
One winner will receive one tan YETI Tundra hard cooler, with an approximate retail value of $300, and one Blackstone 17-inch tabletop griddle, with an approximate retail value of $130. The total approximate retail value is $430.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may replace an unavailable item with an item of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for taxes and other costs not stated in these rules.
Sponsor will arrange pickup or delivery at Sponsor's cost within 30 days after the winner is verified. The exact method and date depend on the winner's location and will be agreed with the winner.
Selection and odds
Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries after the entry period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notice and claim
Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address and phone number on the entry. The person must respond within 72 hours. Sponsor may ask for reasonable proof of identity, age, residence, Instagram username, required Instagram actions, and eligibility. If the person cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is not eligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with entry, uses automated entry, acts fraudulently, or harms the fair operation of the giveaway. If fraud, technical failure, or another event prevents fair operation, Sponsor may suspend, change, or end the giveaway as the law permits. Sponsor will award the prize as required by law.
Publicity and release
Where the law permits, the winner allows Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, state, and prize information to announce the result without more payment. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its owners, workers, and agents from claims tied to participation or prize use, except where the law does not allow that release.
Limits of liability
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or failed entries caused by a device, network, platform, or service problem. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited remain in force.
Disputes
Florida law governs the giveaway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court action must be brought in a court serving Sarasota County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another location.
