Who we are
War Horse All Terrain LLC operates this website. Our business address is 6221 Clarity Ct, Sarasota, Florida 34240. You may contact us at warhorseallterrain@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your vehicle, product interest, purchase timeline, and message.
- Questions you send through the Ask our team form on the Blackwood page.
- Whether you agree to text messages about your inquiry.
- Your giveaway eligibility and contact-consent choices.
- Your Instagram username if you are selected for winner verification.
We also collect limited technical information. This may include the page viewed, campaign path, QR source, ad click identifier, time, device type, browser, and general location. We do not intentionally send form answers, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics.
How we use information
- Respond to a request about a van or Adventure Nest.
- Administer the Get Lost Giveaway and contact its winner.
- Measure visits, form paths, and campaign results, including which Meta ads lead to an inquiry.
- Protect the site, prevent fraud, and follow applicable law.
Entering the giveaway does not require marketing consent. War Horse may contact an entrant about entry eligibility, winner verification, or prize delivery. Other marketing messages require separate consent. This expo form does not collect that separate marketing consent.
Service providers and links
GoHighLevel hosts the forms and lead records. Vercel hosts this website. Google Analytics provides limited site measurement. On the Blackwood page, Meta provides ad measurement through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. When you send an inquiry or a question there, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your name, email address, and phone number, with the ad click identifier, so Meta can match the inquiry to the ad that brought you. These providers process information for War Horse under their own service terms. If you open Instagram or another outside link, that service applies its own privacy practices.
War Horse does not sell personal information for money.
Text-message consent is never shared with any third party for marketing. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Cookies and browser choices
This site may use cookies or similar tools needed for forms, security, and limited analytics. The Blackwood page also uses Meta cookies (_fbp and _fbc) to measure ads. You can limit cookies through your browser. Some site features may not work as expected after cookies are blocked. Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not applied consistently, this site does not respond to them as a separate setting. War Horse will honor legally required privacy signals where applicable.
Retention and security
War Horse keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, giveaway, reporting, legal duties, and fraud prevention. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing warhorseallterrain@gmail.com. War Horse may need to confirm your identity. Some records may be kept when the law permits or requires it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. The giveaway is limited to people age 18 or older. Please contact War Horse if you believe a child submitted personal information.
Changes to this notice
War Horse may update this notice when its practices or legal duties change. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
