This site provides general information about War Horse vehicles, the Adventure Nest, and an expo giveaway. Photos, features, timing, pricing, availability, and specifications may change. Site content is not a quote, warranty, or promise to sell a vehicle or product.
Any vehicle, conversion, product, or service purchase requires a separate written agreement signed by the buyer and War Horse.
Forms and communication
You agree to provide accurate information. Submitting a request allows War Horse to respond about that request. Marketing messages require separate consent when required by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Giveaway
The Get Lost Giveaway is controlled by its Official Rules. If these terms conflict with those rules, the Official Rules control the giveaway.
Ownership
War Horse or its licensors own the site design, text, logos, photos, graphics, and other content. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy, sell, publish, modify, or use its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Break the law or another person's rights.
- Submit false, harmful, automated, or fraudulent information.
- Try to bypass security, disrupt the site, or access private systems.
- Use site content to mislead another person about War Horse.

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court action must be brought in a court serving Sarasota County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another location.
